Sale of sports business, a positive for Zee: The Hindu Business Line

Zee Entertainment Enterprises has decided to sell its sports business (TEN Sports channels) to Sony Pictures Networks India and its affiliates for $385 million.

The sale will help Zee exit its loss-making sports broadcasting business, which contributed ₹631 crore (about 11 per cent) to its consolidated revenue in 2015-16.

The sports business incurred a net loss of ₹37 crore, against a profit of ₹1,027 crore from consolidated operations during the year.

It was in 2006 that Zee acquired a 50 per cent stake (raised subsequently) each in Taj TV, Mauritius, which owns TEN Sports channels, and in Taj Television India, the distribution arm of TEN Sports in India.

A report from Ambit Capital shows that the sports business has incurred losses at the operating level in all years except one since 2005-06.

This is in sharp contrast to the company’s profitable general entertainment channel (GEC) broadcasting business.

Zee has a strong foothold in the Hindi and regional languages GEC space, which forms a chunk of the TV viewership base. Even as it is exiting the sports genre, it is looking at expanding its presence in the regional GEC space (Tamil Nadu, for instance). In January, it acquired Sarthak TV, a leading GEC in Odisha.

TEN Sports has the broadcast rights to the events organised by the cricketing boards of five countries, including South Africa, West Indies and Pakistan, as also to other non-cricket events such as wrestling, football and tennis.

But, it does not have the broadcasting rights for some lucrative events such as the cricket matches organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India, thereby impacting the company’s subscription revenue from this business.

wiseGEEK: What Are Endurance Sports?

Endurance sports are those sports which require a great deal of endurance, rather than brief periods of physical exertion. While there is no true classification of what makes sports endurance sports, there is a clear line. A 100-meter dash, for example, would not be an endurance sport, whereas a marathon would be.

Endurance sports generally do not capture the public’s imagination like team sports do, perhaps because they are sports that center around individuals. Perhaps, also, it is because there is not the type of non-stop action most people have become accustomed to when watching sports. These sports are not action based, but training and motivation based. Further, there are generally not clear divisions of momentum, leading to wide swings in results.

However, with that said, there are some endurance sports that do receive a good deal of attention. The more popular marathons. such as those in Boston, Chicago and New York City, get a good deal of attention. While perhaps not televised live in many locations, they are covered in detail by major media outlets. Further, the marathon during the Olympics receives substantial coverage, with parts of it often shown live.

One of the most popular endurance sports is in the field road cycling. While it has only a minor following in the United States, it has a substantial fan base in many other parts of the world. The Tour de France. a 3-week bicycle race through the country, is the most popular of the cycling endurance events. However, the two other 3-week races, known collectively as the Grand Tours, the Giro d’Italia and Vuelta a España. also receive an avid following.

Training for these sports takes a lot of motivation and willpower because it is so demanding, yet there may only be a few events a year the top athletes compete in. For example, Lance Armstrong, during his prime cycling years, would train all year to peak in time for one race — the Tour de France. In some years, he would ride no other competitive races at all.

While this is an extreme, it does show the lengths some athletes will go to in order to be successful at some endurance sports. Each requires a strong workout routine and a supreme level of fitness. Without these two things, it is possible that those participating in these sports will not even be able to complete the competition, not necessarily because of injury, but simply because of fatigue. This rarely happens in any other type of sporting event.

Article Discussion

1) How fast and how much oxygen gets delivered to the muscle is especially important in endurance sports.

The maximal oxygen uptake, or VO2, is to a large degree inherited, but not fully. Training, and aerobic conditioning can increase the maximum number.

Higher number means more oxygen gets to the muscle, better aerobic fitness, better results in your endurance sport. The highest number recorded so far is 94 by a cross country skier.

Sports Psychology Careers

What is Sports Psychology?

For many people, playing sports is a fun way to stay fit, and compete with friends and peers. A select few might also make a pretty decent living by playing professional sports. But what makes some strive to play sports, to compete? What makes some push themselves to their limits for nothing more than the satisfaction of winning? How does playing sports affect people mentally and emotionally?

These are just a few of the questions that sport psychologists try to answer. Sports psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on how individuals are affected by playing sports as well as how to improve a person’s mindset in order to excel at sports. A sport psychologist understands that individuals who play sports must be healthy in both their bodies and minds in order to succeed. At times, some athletes need help overcoming psychological issues that do not allow them to play to their full potential. Reducing stress and extreme anxiety before events often leads to better performances by athletes.

Sport psychologists often work with several different types of athletes, from amateurs to professionals. Athletes might seek out these professionals on their own, or coaches might seek the help of these types of psychologists when they notice that the athletes under their tutelage seem to be off. According to one study, the majority of Olympic athletes have used several different types of psychological treatments to reduce anxiety before performances.

Athletes aren’t the only ones that can benefit from sport psychology, however, although they are the most likely. Some individuals who are in the middle of high stress and highly competitive careers might also benefit from a few counseling sessions with sport psychologists. This can include professionals such as business people, performing artists, and politicians.

Featured Sports Psychology Degree Program:

The history of sport psychology began back in the late 19th century, with Norman Triplett. Triplett was a psychology professor at Indiana University during this time, and he conducted research on cyclists. The results of his research showed that the cyclists in his experiments typically performed better when they were riding with others in a group, compared to when they were riding alone. In 1920, the first sport psychology laboratory was founded by Carl Diem in Germany. Coleman Griffith, who worked with athletes from the Chicago Cubs, soon followed suit and founded the first sport psychology laboratory in the United States. It wasn’t until 1987, though, that the American Psychological Association created the sport psychology division, Division 47.

Today, the branch of sport psychology is still going strong and advancing. Competitive sports are very popular, to both play and watch. Sports fans love to see their favorite sports stars do well, and sport psychologists are in demand to help make this happen.

Why Do We Need Sports Psychology?

Sport psychology can be used to help understand what motivates athletes and what makes them perform better. Professionals in this field are very knowledgeable and compassionate regarding the challenges and pressures that most athletes face today. Athletes that take advantage of counseling from a sport psychologist will often be better contenders and have more fulfilling careers.

So, what’s that mean for the Average Joes glued to their television sets every Sunday afternoon? Well, it gives us more reasons to cheer on our favorite athletes and sometimes makes us want to get up and compete ourselves.

What are the Education Requirements for a Sports Psychology Career?

Below is the complete educational path for the Psychologists:

A combination of physical education and psychology is essential for starting a sport psychology career. Some colleges and universities might offer sport psychology bachelor degree programs. which includes a blend of psychology courses and physical education courses. A sport psychology career, however, can also usually be started with a bachelor’s degree in general psychology. A few aspiring sport psychologists, however, may even be able to begin their careers with a bachelor’s degree in physical education.

Because there are very few permanent sport psychology positions available for those with bachelor degrees, most individuals pursuing sport psychology careers also usually earn advanced degrees as well. Many universities offer master’s and doctoral degree programs in sport psychology.

If you are serious about pursuing a career in sports psychology visit our sports psychology degree page.

What Does a Sports Psychologist Do?

A sport psychologist might spend his time in two different aspects of this field – research or counseling.

Research in sport psychology involves studying and observing athletes in order to find out what motivates them to keep pushing on, and what gives them the thirst for landing in the winner’s circle. A sport psychology researcher might also try to find ways for athletes to perform better and with fewer obstacles. The knowledge gained through this research can then be applied during counseling sessions with athletes.

In order to help an athlete, a sport psychologist must be able to first identify the problem that the athlete is facing. An athlete might benefit from a counseling sport psychologist in a number of situations. Some athletes, for instance, may be having trouble concentrating due to a number of personal issues, such as family problems or relationship problems. Contrary to what some may think, athletes also suffer from such things as confidence issues, low self-esteem, and body image. Performance anxiety and burnout are other common problems faced by many athletes, no matter how talented they are.

Depending on the situation, a sport psychologist might work with athletes one-on-one or in groups. Teams, for instance, will often benefit from group therapy, since the members of the team must work together in order to win.

A sport psychologist might use a number of different methods to help athletes who need to overcome certain problems. For instance, they will often lend a non-judgmental ear to frustrated and overwhelmed athletes; sometimes, just the act of talking about certain negative situations can be all that’s necessary to overcome them. Most times, however, a sport psychologist will offer advice and guidance on how to overcome these problems. He may recommend a little rest and relaxation for the burnt out athlete, or he might teach an overly anxious athlete several different relaxation exercises to perform before each game or match. He might teach an athlete visualization techniques or how to tune out distractions.

Some sport psychologists might also work closely with once enthusiastic athletes that have suffered injuries as well. Depending on the severity of the injury, a sport psychologist may attempt to help a recovering athlete segue back into his career with as little stress as possible. Some athletes don’t have this choice, however, and they may need the help of a sport psychologist to help them deal with the fact that they may not be able to play their sport with as much talent and drive as they had at one time.

Where Do Sports Psychologists Work?

Sport psychologists typically work in facilities that cater to and accommodate athletes of all different shapes, sizes, and ages.

High schools and colleges might hire a sport psychologist to talk with and counsel their student athletes, for instance. Some sport psychologists may even work exclusively with professional sports teams and other professional athletes. Sport psychologists can also usually find employment at hospitals, physical rehabilitation centers, and gyms.

Sports psychologists can also choose to open their own practices, much like most other psychologists. The Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) provides an excellent resource section on professional development .

What is the Annual Average Salary for a Sports Psychologist?

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average annual salary for a general psychologist was $93,050 in May of 2015. Psychologists that worked in hospitals earned a annual average salary of $90,650 and those in private practice earned a annual average salary of $98,590.

Salaries for sport psychologists can vary, though, depending on a number of factors, such as location and demand. Those in larger metropolitan areas with a proven track record of getting results, for instance, will usually be able to command a higher wage.

Following its 2009 reboot, the Chevrolet Camaro is back for the latest model year with a ground-up redesign. The new model boasts enhanced styling, a lighter and more capable chassis and a revised lineup of potent engines.

Overview
The biggest change for the new model year is the addition of a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder as the Camaro’s base engine. Although small, the turbocharged mill cranks out 275 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, putting it nearly on par with the V8s offered in the Camaro during the 1990s.

Shifting through either a standard six-speed manual transmission or an optional eight-speed automatic, the Camaro 2.0L turbo can accelerate from 0-60 in as little as 5.4 seconds. Despite that strong performance, the four-cylinder-powered Camaro should return better than 30mpg on the highway.

A 3.6L V6 stands as the Camaro’s step-up engine and includes many upgrades over last year’s V6, including direct-injection and Active Fuel Management for better economy. Also available with a six-speed manual or eight-speed auto, the Camaro V6 pumps out 335 horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque and is capable of running from 0-60 in 5.1 seconds. When equipped with the eight-speed auto the Camaro V6 returned 19mpg in the city and 28mpg on the highway.

All Camaro models ride on General Motors’ latest Alpha rear-wheel drive platform borrowed from the Cadillac ATS. That new architecture means the Camaro is more rigid than before, but, perhaps more importantly, significantly lighter, too. A four-cylinder Camaro is 390 pounds lighter than last year’s V6 while today’s Camaro V6 is 294 pounds lighter than the model it replaces.

Exterior styling for the latest Camaro is all-new but isn’t radically different from the last iteration of the iconic muscle car. The Camaro retains its long hood/short decklid design philosophy, with a sloping roofline adding to the car’s sporting proportions. Rearward visibility remains a Camaro problem thanks to thick C-pillars and a relatively small rear window.

Like its exterior, the interior of the latest Camaro is new but still familiar. The pony car’s center stack has been totally redesigned and now includes an available eight-inch high-resolution touchscreen (a seven-inch touchscreen is standard) running Chevrolet’s latest MyLink infotainment system with WiFi connectivity. The system is also compatible with Apple’s CarPlay. A second eight-inch screen resides in the Camaro’s main gauge cluster and provides a wide range of information, from performance specs to direction from the optional navigation system.

The Camaro’s climate control system has been totally redesigned and now features two large air vents in the center stack that also double as controls for the HVAC system. Storage in the Camaro is essentially limited to a small under-armrest cubby and the glove box.

Honda Accord Coupe

The Camaro’s front buckets offer a decent amount of space, but the car’s high belt line and chopped roof don’t make for an airy cabin. The Camaro’s rear seats are extremely tight and are best suited for small children.

Trim Level Breakdown
Chevrolet has done away with the previous LS trim level for the latest model year, leaving the 1LT as the entry-level Camaro. The Camaro 1LT comes standard with a 2.0L turbocharged engine, cloth seats with eight-way power adjustment for the driver and six-way for the passenger, Chevrolet MyLink, a rear view camera and 18-inch wheels.

Stepping up to the 2LT nets dual-zone climate control, leather seats, Bose premium audio and a larger touchscreen running Chevrolet MyLink.

Both the Camaro 1LT and 2LT models can be upgraded with Chevy’s RS package, a 3.6L V6, eight-speed automatic transmission, performance brakes, 20-inch wheel and a dual-mode exhaust system.

Occupant Safety
All Camaro models come standard with a comprehensive safety suite that includes eight standard airbags (including knee airbags for the driver and front passenger), StabiliTrack electronic stability control and OnStar automatic crash response. Rear park assist, side blind zone alert, lane change alert and rear cross traffic alert are offered as available extras.

Key Competitors
The Chevrolet Camaro’s main rivals include the Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger and Hyundai Genesis Coupe.

    Job Site Evaluations

We offer programs that help employers plan and implement injury prevention measures. There are two primary types of job site evaluations available to employers: work risk assessment and physical demands analysis.

    Work Risk Assessment

This is an assessment of the industrial or office workplace to determine job specific requirements. Components include:

  • Evaluation of work activities, sequence of tasks, specific machines and tools used, and required physical demands
  • Recommendations for tools, job modifications and/or workstation set-up
  • Identification of physical stressors and solutions to prevent or reduce the risk of injury

    Physical Demands Analysis

This analysis determines the essential physical demands of the job. Essential tasks and percentages, physical demand and percentages, forces, environment, equipment and shifts are evaluated. Goals include:

  • Identifying the physical demands of a job to help employers determine essential job functions and write job descriptions
  • Acquiring information that can be used to develop pre-employment/post-offer screens
  • Helping an employer identify appropriate transitional duties for an injured/restricted worker
  • Obtaining information to help create appropriate job simulations in our Return to Work Program
  • Helping an employer appropriately implement a job rotation program, set pay rates and assist with disability determinations

    Employee Education Services

These services promote the practice of safe work habits. This is achieved through:

  • Job coaching
  • Identifying alternative methods of performing work tasks
  • Encouraging employee responsibility
  • Educating employees on body mechanics, cumulative trauma, and back/neck injury prevention
  • Developing employee stretching and exercise programs

    Pre-Employment/Post-Offer Screening

This assessment determines an individual’s ability to perform the essential and/or high risk tasks necessary to perform a specific job. This enables employers to choose appropriate placement for job applicants. For the best decision support, to make sure you don’t hire your next injury.

Physical Work Performance/Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)

A systematic evaluation of functional capacities is essential for an accurate assessment of the worker’s ability to perform a job. The goal is to determine an individual’s safe maximal capability to perform various job tasks. The results of this evaluation are compared with the employee’s actual job demands.

The Industrial Rehabilitation program at Atlanta Rehabilitation Performance Center offers a structured, comprehensive, goal-oriented program designed to help people identify work capacities, regain functional skills, and safely return to work after an injury.

Dizziness and disequilibrium are significant problems, second only to low-back pain complaints in frequency of occurrence among adults. Vestibular rehabilitation is a safe, effective, and conservative treatment of these symptoms.

New Unassisted Mt. Everest Speed Record Set By Spanish Ultramarathoner Kilian Jornet

Mt. Everest season is upon us, as climbers are flocking to the world’s tallest peak and trying to summit it before the spring window closes and the onset of monsoon season makes the summit unreachable. Many have reached the top already, although several mountaineers have died this year, including legendary climber Ueli Steck .

Steck was preparing for a record-breaking assault on the mountain, and while he did not succeed, Spanish ultramarathoner Kilian Jornet claimed an illustrious record for himself this weekend. Jornet announced on Monday that he had succesfully made it from Base Camp to the summit in 26 hours without the use of supplemental oxygen or fixed ropes. He left Saturday night. climbed up the traditional north face route, and finished right around midnight on Sunday, completing all 11,429 feet in just over one day. Most climbers need four days. Right before the summit, Jornet ran into a bout of butt problems and took the last few hundred feet slowly.

I didn’t feel well and I was making slow progress. I had to stop every few meters and I had cramps and was vomiting. In spite of everything, I felt all right at altitude and decided to continue.

He stayed at Advanced Base Camp to recover from his illness after returning from the summit, which prevented him from capturing the record for combined fastest ascent and descent. Jornet’s 26 hours are the fastest known ascent of Everest without the help of extra oxygen or ropes. He tried to break the speed record last fall, but bad weather scuttled the attempt. Jornet has held the fastest known times for several of the world’s most famous mountains, including Everest, Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua, Denali, and the Matterhorn. The Spaniard is also an accomplished skier and ultramarathoner, with record-setting victories at several prominent races such as Western States and the Hardrock 100.

    19 Hot Sports Business Ideas

There’s a lot of money in sports. Usually, that adage is associated with negativity high player salaries, ticket prices, concessions but on another level, it’s true on a small business level.

Sports present a lot of small business opportunities to entrepreneurs and there are plenty of sports business ideas that don’t require any athletic ability whatsoever. In fact, there are a number of businesses that are more just ways of marketing established businesses to a sports audience.

Athletics appeal to one of the broadest ranges of people. For many children, youth sports remain a rite of passage. And adults are being encouraged to be more athletic every day.

Check out these hot and potentially lucrative sports business ideas.

    Hot Sports Business Ideas

    Video Editor

For a lot of blue-chip college recruits, they’re making names for themselves in elementary school literally thanks to the fame they’ve built on YouTube and other video sites. Professionally edited “mixtapes” showcasing their skills serve as a way of getting their names in front of the public and, more importantly, college recruiters.

This isn’t just for the Thon Maker’s of the world, either. Any high school athlete with eyes on an athletic scholarship can benefit from a seamless highlight reel.

    Team Photographer

Every youth sports team still takes the time to sit down for team and individual pictures. These images often become family keepsakes and are shared with relatives and friends. And there’s usually a local photographer responsible for delivering those images.

Your community’s youth soccer league generally looks for a local photographer. Marketing your photo studio to these organizations could land a lucrative and long-lasting contract.

    Action Photographer

Want to go beyond the standard still team shot or the posed standing-with-bat picture? One of the more popular trends in youth sports is for a team or organization to partner with a photographer who can deliver in-game action shots.

Parents can then check out the real-time photos being taken of their youngster and purchase prints of their kids sliding into second base or hitting a big shot.

    Memorabilia Sales

Sure, the value of some of those sportscards has come down drastically in recent years but there’s still a thriving sports memorabilia market.

A word of advice: for as long as there has been sports memorabilia, there has been an active fraudulent sports memorabilia market, too.

    Sports League Organizer

We’re not talking the level of the NFL’s Roger Goodell but starting a sports league on the local level is a real possibility for a creative entrepreneur.

Amateur public basketball leagues, kickball leagues, dodgeball leagues all have someone at the helm to keep it all organized.

    Referee

Referees are typically in high demand and it can become a regular gig for a lot of solopreneurs. Scholastic and collegiate sports organizations are always in need of refs for any number of sports.

Additionally, amateur athletics organizations like the Amateur Softball Association have a regular call for umpires and other officials.

    Team Coach

Solopreneurs with some time to commit can become a team coach. Typically, these roles are filled by former players not necessarily star players, either with a knowledge of how the game is played and taught.

Coaching gigs are typically available through local school districts and at colleges and universities. Also, select and travel teams certainly need coaches.

    Private Coach

Tennis coaches. Golf coaches. They’re still in demand and if you’re skilled in the sport, there’s a young protege in waiting who could benefit from one-to-one sessions.

Those examples are pretty standard. Today, specialization in sports has opened new opportunities. Think, a shot coach for basketball. A goalie coach in hockey.

    Sports Camp Organizer

Camps can last anywhere from one day to a week or longer. These are specialized training sessions usually held during off-season months for players of a sport to hone their skills.

The best sports camps partner with a locally well-known athlete to boost credibility and attendance.

    Personal Fitness Trainer

There’s always a demand for people to help others get healthy. Really, those people need personal trainers to keep them to a fitness regimen.

Becoming a trainer requires a lot less overhead and infrastructure in place to get started, too.

    Gym Owner

Whether it’s investing in a gym franchise or starting a small independent weight room, fitness-conscious people and bodybuilders need “their church” where they congregate.

This type of business clearly requires a little investment, obviously. Gym equipment, a gym, and insurance are just the beginning.

    Martial Arts Instructor

There is a rise in interest of martial arts of all kinds. This goes beyond the ordinary karate dojo, too.

Martial arts enthusiasts are showing keen interest in more specialized forms of the sport. Of course, the rise of mixed martial arts fighting has increased interest in martial arts, too.

    Sports Psychologist

Private practice psychologists can market their scientific skills to the athlete’s mind. There’s usually a lot going on up there.

Create a marketing campaign that targets athletes. And it needn’t be athletes that are struggling with performance slumps either. Coaches needing confidence, assertiveness, and leadership training may seek counsel, too.

    Yoga Instructor

Yoga appeals to a particular audience but it can benefit so many more.

Marketing an existing yoga studio to team or field sports athletes can boost the amount of people walking into that studio. Targeting an entire team and offering a package deal on a special night one you may normally not be open may help alleviate any insecurities these athletes may have about attending yoga.

    Sports Massage

This is another business that only requires a targeted marketing effort. Reach out to teams local to your practice and offer your services.

    Sports Blogger

Got a passion for one particular team, sport, player, or league? Craft a clever domain name hint: a lot of the names you’ve probably already thought of are taken and get to producing a lot of content.

Remember, the sports blogosphere is a crowded one. To stand out, you’ll need a unique take or angle and content quality is of the utmost importance. You ve got to know as much as and more than the average fan.

    Sports Bar Owner

Not everyone in the business of sports needs to participate in on-field activities. The public still likes to watch sports more than play them. And they need a place, in public, to watch these games with their fellow die-hard fans.

    Bounce House Owner

A popular group outing especially for kids (and their parents) are bounce houses. We’re not talking the blow-up variety at a children’s party, either. Think, a room full of trampolines.

    Skate Park Owner

Skateboarding remains one of the most popular action sports. Of course, there are a lot of concerns that need to be addressed before you allow anyone to start going airborne off ramps and trick apparatus.

These are just a few sports business ideas, do you have any to share? List some of your ideas below.

Northern Michigan University, located in Marquette, Michigan, is a dynamic four-year, public, comprehensive university that has grown its reputation based on its award-winning leadership programs, cutting-edge technology initiatives and nationally recognized academic programs. Northern has a population of about 9,000 undergraduate and graduate students.

Ask a few Northern students what drew them to our university and you will get a variety of answers. That’s because there is no single thing that make students want to go to Northern; it is ALL the things that we do here. Northern is big enough to offer a wide variety of academic programs but is also small enough that every time you walk across campus, you’ll probably wave “hi” to someone you know.

Curiosity is the raw ingredient of knowledge. It causes us to ask questions, to seek answers, to learn. At Northern Michigan University, natural curiosity and intellectual challenge meet in stimulating classes grounded in the liberal arts. So wherever your curiosity leads you, you can count on the support you need to take the next step, ask the next question, propose the next hypothesis.

The mission of the Northern Michigan University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, Recreational Sports and the United States Olympic Training Site is to create an environment that promotes academic excellence, interpersonal growth and social development; embraces diversity; teaches lifetime leisure skills; fosters spirit and tradition; and builds a lifelong connection to NMU.

Yes, you’ll attend your classes, but what else will you be doing as a student at Northern? There’s so much stuff to choose from. There’s a student organization or club – almost 300 at last count– for just about every interest. If you’re into investigating the paranormal, anime or improv comedy, there’s a group. Cheer on your fellow Wildcats at a hockey game or volleyball match. Join a competitive club sport or an intramural team. The sky is the limit.

    Action Photographer

Want to go beyond the standard still team shot or the posed standing-with-bat picture? One of the more popular trends in youth sports is for a team or organization to partner with a photographer who can deliver in-game action shots.

    Memorabilia Sales

A word of advice: for as long as there has been sports memorabilia, there has been an active fraudulent sports memorabilia market, too.

    Sports League Organizer

We’re not talking the level of the NFL’s Roger Goodell but starting a sports league on the local level is a real possibility for a creative entrepreneur.

    Referee

Referees are typically in high demand and it can become a regular gig for a lot of solopreneurs. Scholastic and collegiate sports organizations are always in need of refs for any number of sports.

Sale of sports business, a positive for Zee: The Hindu Business Line

    #zee business

    #
